Disney’s Port Orleans - French Quarter was designed to reflect the architecture and style of New Orleans French Quarter. It has 1,008 rooms in seven three-story buildings. French Quarter opened May 17, 1991 as Disney’s Port Orleans Resort. It was changed to become a ‘region’ of Disney’s Port Orleans Resorts in 1992.
Disney’s Port Orleans - French Quarter is a smaller resort, so it’s easy to get anywhere you need quickly. That’s a benefit so you don’t have to do a lot of walking after a day at the parks. French Quarter has a beignets cafe called Scat Cat’s Club Cafe across from the resort Lobby. It also has Scat Cat’s Club Lounge and Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory Food Court.

Movies Under the Stars - Watch complimentary screenings of Disney films on select nights. Located at the courtyard between buildings 5 & 6 on select nights.
Cajun Campfire Activities - Roast marshmallows with family by a fire as the sun sets for classic entertainment. Nightly near buildings 5 & 6.
